History Terry Hancock and Stan Thomas began their restaurant careers at the Pioneer Saloon in the early 1970s and helped managed the Pioneer through most of the decade. Stan left Ketchum, Idaho in 1976 to build and manage Jasper's Saloon in Santa Barbara, California. In 1978, Terry and Stan moved to Twin Falls to build and operate Rock Creek. Stan and Terry believe in the best possible dining experience, so they insist on quality ingredients. Fresh fish is flown in twice a week and all meat is prime or high grade and the steaks are cut in-house, with the Beef Backer guidelines. Rock Creek's dressings and desserts are made in-house with a fresh salad bar available every day.

The waitress is very polite and professional, she recommend is a very amazing dark beer; also, she helped our family decide the best cuisine of the night. With lamp( awesome, very tender, juicy and well-cooked), prime rips( the most delicious one that I have ever tasted) lobster, shrimps and high quality salad bar and a brilliant black been soup, this is the most worthy meal, only 200 bucks and we are all full and please. If you want to have a great meal here, make sure you book asap, this is the best restaurant in town.

I liked it! An overall positive experience. I think that the quality of meat was a degree under what I was expecting ( I had the ribeye) It was cooked perfectly. The clam chowder was awesome! I liked the trout in it. Definitely going back. If I were to give a constructive criticism... I would suggest more cracked peppercorn and drawn butter on the steak. Look forward to seeing you again!

Questions & Answers

It's on Addison just West of Washington Blvd! You'll enjoy it!

No but they have many other seafood dishes. The shrimp is really good.

The lobster is so good! Rock Creek has been in Twin Falls for many years and had nothing, but an excellent chef, staff, etc... My husband and I love going there!

I would say it depends on the number of people. For 2-4 shouldn't wait very long. More than that you probably want to make a reservation.
